My items are listed as new and are INDEED BRAND NEW. GUARANTEED!!!! They are never played with, never assembled (sets). Stickers are NEVER applied. Bags are sometimes opened to remove minifigures. If a bag is opened to remove a minifig, it is will either be retaped or I place the pieces in a ziplock bag. Most minifigs are indeed assembled to ship. When a minifig part comes in a sealed bag, it will remain in that sealed bag. Capes remain in a sealed box. If a cape shares a box with another cape, that cape will be removed and will carefully be placed in an envelope to ship. We are NOT experts on everything, so there is always the possibility that we may miss something. If we miss anything, please e-mail me as soon as possible, so that I can resolve the issue before you leave neutral or negative feedback.
