Backgrouond Information on Specialized Republic Clone troopers: The Clone Wars has individualized the Clone Armies through unique experiences. Beneficiaries of their highly intelligent and adaptable genetic template (Jango Fett), they have become influenced by the their personal experiences and are now as different from each other as identical twins can be from each other today! These SHOCK TROOPERS are the top of the line elite troopers for the Republic and are the first to see action in any battlezone. The officers in addition to the regular training must endure brutal additional training and intense conditioning which accounts for much of their power and effectiveness. Only the best battle tested clones can be chosen for Officer training as a SHOCK TROOPER COMMANDER. Clone equipment is also vital in making them the republic's most effective and reliable soldiers. Field troops carry gear such as pouches of extra ammo (power packs and blaster gas cartridges) and complete survival kits that allow them to survive for weeks in dense jungle and other harsh climates. Standard backpack sets (backpack included in this auction) can adapt troopers to extreme climates or even the vacuum of space! Component construction allows the standard backpack frames to be filled with gear suited to specific missions. On Tatooine, for example, a trooper's standard gear would include micro-vaporator water-gathering canteens, augmented cooling modules, and other varieties of extreme climate survival gear.
