Leica APO-Televid 77 Telescope (Serial number: 2037226) with 32X WW (wide field) Eyepiece (Serial number: 2083514). The eyepiece is the later wide field version (as denoted by WW). This has seen extensive use without a case and the condition reflects this use with alot of external marks, blemishes, scrapes etc to externals especially to the rubber hood. Full working order with clean optics (some minor marks from use and careful cleaning but no significant impact on optical quality). Focus system � has a rattle� (not the lenses, which are firm)but this makes no difference at all e.g. no change in focus when tipped. Focuses perfectly, smoothly and easily. Lens hood does not extend or move due to a previous knock to the protective metal ring which has the thread for attaching filters (see photo). Tripod threads in good condition. All in all good for guilt free use. No reserve as with a family, we just don't get time to use this anymore.
