Lenox Fine Cream China

Pierced Nut Bowl - Petite Rose Pattern

I got this exquisite Lenox nut bowl at a very fine estate sale in Sacramento's oldest mansion neighborhood. I don't usually spend this much, but the bowl is SO beautiful, and SO perfectly new that I just couldn't resist it. I believe this is the rare Petite Rose pattern - not often seen, and hard to find any more. And this little bowl was packed away, never used, in its original green Lenox box.

The bowl is in a rounded square shape, slightly flaring to the rim, and standing on a round foot. On each side is a spray of three small pink roses, with smaller buds and green leaves and a sprinkling of tiny pink roses around the bottom. The top edges of the bowl are beautifully pierced with a scroll and leaf pattern surrounding a tiny center heart. All of this on the delicious buttercream Lenox china that knows no equal.

The bowl is 3" tall and 4-1/4" across, with a hand painted metallic gold rim. The piece is marked on the bottom in metallic gold with the Lenox wreath and " LENOX (R), (C) LENOX, MADE IN U.S.A. L ."

This would make a very lovely and thoughtful gift for any Lenox collector, or a very nice treat for yourself. Perfect in every way and just as pretty as can be!

Shipping and handling will be 7.95, and I can accept personal checks, money orders, and all major credit cards through PayPal. If you pay by check, shipping may be delayed until the check clears. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.
