This auction offers an elegant ivory swan in absolute MINT condition. I first offered this unique idea in April and it was well received. I enjoy finding unique uses for the vintage Lenox pieces. I have friends who are diabetic and did not want to clutter my dining table with packets of sweetener. This piece is great as a unique serving piece for artificial sweetener, sugar cubes, parmesan cheese or whatever you like. I use a demitasse spoon with mine for serving the sweetener or cheese. One of my buyers uses these little swans as individual servers for a scoop of ice cream covered with a liqueur. I have one that I also fill with a little floral arrangement for a cocktail table. The swan is ivory with platinum eyes and beak. This vintage piece is in PERFECT condition with excellent platinum trim. It is a piece manufactured by Lenox for use with their many Lenox patterns with platinum trim. The swan is 5 1/2" long, 3" wide and 4" tall. It has the Lenox Made in USA gold backstamp used from 1953 until 1989. The buyer will pay $6.55 USPS priority mail which includes insurance. I will provide the delivery confirmation.
