This auction is fer a very nice pair of spurs made by Les Vogt. They are marked very clearly in the heelbands and his initials are on the buttons. These are like new, as I only wore them fer special events. Actually, they are better than new. The nice "buckaroo" style straps are well oiled with heavy duty buckles and a nice basket weave pattern. The spurs are " horse friendly", the 12 point rowels are not sharp, so they are gentle, but firm, that`s the main reason I bought em. The other reason I bought em is because I wanted to have a nice pair of spurs that my neighbor had made. You see, the Vogt family had a ranch just a couple miles up the road from my place in Elk Creek, Ca. You can tell from the great work that he does, that Les found something better to do than chase cows. I have several bits that he made, and I`m keeping them, but I`m afraid these spurs are gonna have to go. I just have too many, and I need hay.These spurs are sold "as is", no return.
