Up for auction today comes this unique Primitive Large Metal RAILROAD OR TRAIN LAMP. This unique item came from one of my clients collections. The huge and heavy railroad lamp measures 17" tall and 10" wide. The kerosene lantern once was used on trains I believe and has changeable colored lens. The item comes with a couple plastic lens in yellow and red. T are two larger lens and the opposite side have smaller lens- which are missing. This wonderful basement treasure just might be the collection item your looking for. Around the top it is embossed with some letters which I can not make out. I do believe this to be a midwest steam train lantern from the southern Wisconsin area. Thank-you for taking your time to browse all my items I have offered.
