Good. TWO Original Chemist apothecary, medicinal JARS/Pots, 1940s or thereabouts. Used and worn aged Green and cream ceramic glazed. 1. No inner contents. This is an UNG: ZINCI OX: Container. Original lid is missing, blue and white one in photo 2 can be sent as replacement, only fits loosely.2. UNG: GALLAE -Similar age and wear. see below. Also has a replacement lid, a metallic one. No INNER Contents.1.Age worn to lid top, inner, edge, outer edge, front label and label area and lower rim. Crack in the name plate and age wear UNG: ZINCI OX: Has a replacement blue lid, but it is NOT The original one.Good light green and cream ceramic glazing. Probably 1940s or earlier.Weight unpacked is nearly 1KG, Height approx 8" imperial.Trade mark YG Co. 40, embossed on the base. Can send with or without blue and white REPLACEMENT Ceramic lid.2. UNG: GALLAE, Green and cream pot with same dimensions as the other. Has age wear, minor chips to top outer rim and discolouring of label plate and bottom top cream rim.There are age and wear stains at the inner inside edge and base. Needs a good clean. Has a replacement metal lid which is NOT the original and fits ok. Green metallic oval shaped lid.Good, collectable used pair of Apothecary/Chemist jars. Large and bulk weight.
