Well, here goes my 5th eBay subject! I'm still a bit new, but learning. This is the Watts Train Shop special edition of an LGB Jack Daniel's box car, 4067 JD, Serial Number 1371. You are looking at the purest car you can possibly find. The car, and even the box inside the inner sleeve, has never seen the light of day until I slid it out to take this picture! So, the original seals on the ends are still also intact, thus making this a true P10 rating for the box, but there are some age issues, as discussed below. (I've seen some Win and JD cars on eBay with the car shown out of the box called P10, and from the rating I see it as P8, because the seal had to be broken!). I was actually working for Watts Trains as a repair tech and got caught up in the frenzy of the Jack Daniel's project, which was Watts' first Trademark deal with an outside entity, for whom they used LGB as a subcontractor to make the car. The addition of the authentic liquer bottle seals on the two box ends was the teaser for the collector- you are torn between popping the seal to get the car out and get a taste of it, or leaving it intact, to age, and go for maximum collectability and never touching your car.
