Offered is this lovely set of EIGHT square crystal dessert plates which we believe were made by Libbey Rock Sharpe in the 1930s or ‘40s. The rock crystal cut-glass pattern resembles Chatham, but it’s hard to tell when comparing a plate to a goblet. There are several similar patterns. We've tried to show the pattern by letting the shadow fall on white paper. The scalloped plates measure 7.25 inches (18.5 cm) from side to side and 8.75 inches diagonally (21 cm). They could be used to serve salad as well as dessert. These plates are in good condition for their years. No chips or cracks. Some scratching due to service use. One plate is a bit “clouded” in the middle. Questions welcomed. Thanks for looking.
