Lifetime Collection 220+ Vintage Typewriter Postcards assembled by the late Paul Lippman in the 1960s thru 1980s. Included are picture postcards depicting office scenes from the nineteenth century, romance and comedy as well as animated characters. Some others include: World champion speed typist, Albert Tangora, Amos and Andy using a typewriter, and many, many others. Manufacturers include: Chicago, Hall, Remington, Manhattan, Hammond 1, Caligraph and others. T are some special offers from period typewriter companies, many with claims & hyping of their product. Another of a typewriter salesman using a device that enabled him to carry his demo machine in one hand. Very interesting and hard to find material Not all postcards are displayed. T is more than you are seeing I doubt a collection of this magnitude could be easily assembled today. Great research material or an instant collection. Selling complete as I would like to keep this historic collection together and not break it up. This auction is my attempt to do so. Please feel free to ask any questions. Thank you.
