For auction is a wonderful mid 18th century porcelain, hand painted, reticulated plate measuring 8 1/2" square. The French courting scene is highly detailed, very colorful and artist signed "E. Duc". The underside of the plate is marked "Lille 1767". The Lille company in the 1700's was one of the first porcelain factories to be established in France with others being Roven, St. Cloud and Chantilly. This plate with its very intricate interlacing reticulation is amazing. For a plate about 250 years old the condition is remarkable. This item will make a fine addition to any collection. Tuesdays & Thursdays are my shipping days. Items not paid for within 10 days are considered unsold and the auction is void unless otherwise arranged. All items are carefully packed & insured.
