Up for auction is this all new, with the box Lilliput Lane Cottage Collections piece "THE BIRDSONG" from 1994! This was acquired following the premier store closing of Lancelot's in Wichtia Ks., and all remaining inventory was auctioned. A fabulous piece in mint condition, as new and never used and comes with the original box and all papers! The detail is amazing on this, no detail is undone! (see photos). One side reads "chew mail pouch" with stone like accents, folage, and a great rose vine above the door area. Amazing. As well this piece is singed by the artist!! "RAY DAY" you will see this in the photos, what a piece! This comes with an actual "deed" of ownership and a conveyance of such. On the bottom is the original price tag dated 5/94 with a price of $85., as well the Lancelot sticker. This a great piece, and very collectable, values will only appreciate! A rare find in new condition, unused, artist signed, in the box, with all papers!
