SCULPTURE Acclaimed artist and sculptor, Michael Ricker (1940-2006) created this wonderful sculpture entitled "Doc". This kindly country doctor bends on one knee as he listens to the heart of a little girls doll. Made in the mid-1980's, this sculpture was a limited edition of 5000. It stands about 7" high; about 6 3/4" long and about 5" wide. There is a plaque reading "Doc" by Michael Ricker next to the doctor's bended knee. There is a name on the doctor's bag, but I can't read it. There is no damage to the pewter or the marble base. The felt on the bottom of the base is stained and discolored. It is also frayed around the edges. This piece is solid and heavy and weighs about 9 lbs. This item has been stored in a non-smoking home. It will be well packaged for the winning buyer.
