First of all, the watches have been stored since 1999, with the display case, never worn and had a retail price at that time of over $500.00. This is the Disney Store's Everlasting Time Watch Collectors Club Series VII Limited Diamond Edition timepieces. The Walt Disney Company's 75th anniversary was remembered by some of its most magical milestones. Each timepiece allows you to rediscover the magic that made each of these special events a masterpiece in their own time and why they are still cherished today. The pocketwatch represents the special relationship between mouse and creator. A rememberance of the 1928 Steamboat Willie and Captain Pete cartoon. The 1937 debut of Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs. A 1940 tribute to Jiminy Cricket. On July 17, 1955 Disneyland was opened and the magical castle appeared. We cannot forget Mary Poppins. In 1991 "Beauty and The Beast" made its way into our hearts.
