This will just have simply happened when the Dolls have been getting carried to and from transit. Also on the plastic casing there seems to be some faint scratches upon the cases, this will not be noticeable when on display and certaintly will not reduce the value of the item. These very minor defects are not caused by myself and as mentioned above will be due to shop workers moving the products from transit and around the store itself. NOTE: Dolls never been opened, in 100% new condition, receipt in hand to proof. Apologies in advance for the high postage cost incurred but these costs can not be avoided.I will be sendind both Dolls out using Royal Mail Special Next delivery - this includes insurance of up to £500.00.If a claim is needed to be made - please send to Royal Mail by filling out a claim form.
