Up for auction is bottle# 1-353 of Limited Edition George Washington Straight Rye Whiskey, 375 mL. As stated on the bottle, "This limited edition Rye Whiskey, which was distilled, aged and bottled at Mount Vernon, follows George Washington's original recipe". Much more information can be found here about the whiskey itself: /In short, a group of distillers got together at the reconstructed still house at Mount Vernon's Gristmill and Distillery in the fall of 2009 to distill rye whiskey using the same recipe George Washington used. Some of the whiskey was then immediately bottled and sold, while the batch in this bottle was aged in charred oak barrels for two years and then sold at the Mount Vernon Gift shop on October 22, 2011.The winning bidder will get: 1. bottle# 1-353 of Limited Edition George Washington Straight Rye Whiskey, 375 mL 2. two shot glasses sold at the Mount Vernon Gift Shop, and 3. the original Mount Vernon Gift Shop paper bag4. the original receipt!Will only ship to continental US
