2007 New Year's Furniture Sale- Everything Must Go!

This auction is for an authentic Limited Edition Limoges France Trinket Box; it is a large colorful easy chair with two fat pillows. This little box is really an exceptional piece and has always made me smile. It's a relatively large box for a chair trinket: the base is 1 3/4 inches by 1 1/2 inches, the front is 1 1/4 inches high while the back of the chair is almost 2 inches tall. Inside the box the artist has painted a bunch of red cherries; the latch is a large fancy bow. The chair is painted with extensive detail and colors. The background color is yellow and it's covered with green and brown leaves and nuts on all sides, front and the back; the fat pillows are red-checked as is the bottom of the chair. Quite a lot of time went into painting this little gem. It is marked with a tiny bowtie from the company French Accents (FA) and says, "FA, Peint Main, Limoges France, 105-300, L.B." It has been kept in a locked glass-enclosed curio cabinet safe from sunlight, dust and tiny fingers. The similar trinket box retails at $180-$190 (Strumpf), but it isn't a Limited Edition by a specific company. All these affect price and re-sale value. This a fine trinket box in like new condition, it opens and closes very tightly and will make any collector happy to have it. Thanks for viewing our auctions and enjoy your bidding.

Payment : Please do NOT check out until you receive our invoice. At the end of your auction, let us know how you wish to pay so we can correctly invoice you. We gladly accept money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks for payment. Personal checks will be held (usually 5-7 business days) until clearing our bank. Payment is expected within 7 days of auction's end. We ship fast and appreciate if you please pay promptly! Thanks for your cooperation and consideration!

Shipping : We do not believe in making "extra money" through our shipping fees. Unless otherwise requested, we ship via USPS Priority Mail and unless noted in the auction, shipping is based on weight and location of shipment. International bidders must email prior to bidding for shipping costs . We gladly combine items for discount shipping however some larger or oddly shaped items may not be suitable. Items such as jewelry, trinket boxes or small items will not incur additional charges when purchasing more than one item within the same week. We do require insurance for both your protection and ours. If you have any questions about the cost of shipping this item, please just ask.

About Photos : First, we do not use any type of software to enhance or change the colors of our items. What you see is what you will get. Our descriptions AND our photos should both be considered when bidding. And please remember, with the jewelry especially, as well as the Limoges France trinket boxes, these images are enlarged significantly so that you can see as much detail as possible. Also, taking pictures of diamonds to be displayed on a computer screen can be very difficult; it may result in the diamonds looking dark when in reality they are not. If you are looking at any of our photos and feel that the diamonds look dark, just refer to the description of the item that states the accurate color and clarity of the stones. Thanks again!
