Gorgeous Hand-Painted Antique Limoges Trinket Box from France, Artist-signed, dated late 1900s. Beautiful hand-painted flower motif all around the piece, with rich blue, pink, purple, and green colors surrounding the box. Rich gold accents and detailed bronze border, with bronze wreath at opening. Box contains two miniature glass perfume bottles with decorative bronze caps. Artist signed on underside of box "Limoges France, Geint Main, FD." "FD" are the artist's initials, and I believe "Geint Main" means "hand-painted." Box measures about 1 1/2" across and stands 2" in height. Excellent condition, with no chips or cracks. I prefer Paypal, but will accept personal checks and money orders as well. (7- to 10-day waiting period on checks.) Please pay for item within 3 days of winning. I do not have shipping supplies, so I must charge for packaging and handling. Shipping cost includes the packaging and handling fee by UPS. Item shipped within 24 hours of payment. I do not accept returns unless item was misrepresented in the description. Happy bidding! Please note item title in description was typed wrong. It should read "dated early 1900s" not "late".
