This is an absolutely superb piece of German Porcelain Manufacturing. Heavily Gilded Floral Motif - Lightweight Hard-Paste Porcelain Coffee Pot and Matching Cream and Sugar. This Item Rings as Clearly as a Bell indicating NO Hidden Defects! Clearly marked on the Bowl Bottom with: Tirschenreuth Bavaria in Grey Royal Bavarian in Green Warranted 22 karat Gold All Stamps are UnderGlaze except the Royal Bavaria Stamp. You may have seen my other listings for this Set currently running - some of the Pieces are stamped Limoges and some are not ...? but they're all from the Same set..so I don't know what's Limoges and what's not..or if it all is and they simply didn't stamp it...maybe some funny German- French resentment..but who knows. The Lid shows some age Yellowing at the Decorative Band which is actually a nice Pastel touch. Minor Ding to the Lip of the Pot that appears to have been a Factory Repair but elsewise, this set is Perfect - minor rubbing to the Gilding at the Handles but Trim Lines are perfect. This Item came from an Estate in Chicago, Illinois ..very Elegant and obviously expensive. The Estate Liquidator estimated this to be Early 20th Century, roughly 1910.
