Welcome to my semi-annual Limoges Porcelain Auctions. I will be listing over 100 items throughout the month, so please check back weekly. Several pieces from my private collection, as well as many estate finds, will be auctioned directly or sold at " buy it now" prices in my Ebay store. Hand-painted and elaborately decorated Limoges art objects, decorative accessories, and table china with varying subject matter will be showcased (i.e. scenic & figural decor, floral and fruits themes, fish and game designs, etc). Several rare pieces will be sold at reasonable reserves and submission of "best offers" are welcomed. Everything must go!!! All of my items are 100 % Fully Authentic and represented as accurately as possible. Check my feedbacks and bid with confidence. Your satisfaction is guaranteed. Incredibly lovely Victorian relish dish or bowl. The whiteware of the piece is fantastic with raised and carved scrolls outlined in gold against a light green background. It is adorned with pansies, violets and ferns. The detail is and colors are very pleasing. The large dish is 13 ½" in length, 6.5" wide, and 2" high. It is in perfect condition- no chips, cracks, or restorations. It is marked CFH/GDM France dating the piece to circa 1891 (according to Mary Gaston's Encyclopedia of Limoges, Third Edition). I have several small plates that go nicely with it up for auction as well (see picts). In rare cases w the item is damaged, please keep box and packaging as you will have to show proof of same. I will then send you the insured reciepts and you will then have to contact your post-office and fill out the necessary paper work. If you decide not to insure your item, you will be responsible for any damage incurred unless it is included in the shipping and handling cost (for instance if I use UPS instead of USPS)
