The four bins for flour, sugar, coffee and tea are connected in one box and each tips forward and then has another lid inside that opens.This is a well made heavy duty set of cannisters and shows minimal surface marks from use, and 2 small dents and one surface rub (see pictures for more detail) The small dents only show when the light hits it just right. <-----------------click any photo to enlarge The lettering for the sugar and tea are more worn than the coffee and flour but could be repainted or looks fine just the way it is. The back of the unit has holes for hanging on the wall or it will sit independently on the counter. Overall it measures 16 1/2" wide by 9 1/4" tall by 7 1/4" front to backAll is all this is a perfectly beautiful piece and would be a grand addition to any kitchen.
