Offered for sale is the DAILY ILLINOIS STATE JOURNAL (Springfield, Illinois) newspaper, dated September 11, 1858. Near the center of the first page is an advertisement of Lincoln & Herndon, Attorneys and Counsellors At Law. This is the complete paper consisting of 4 pages total. It is in great condition with no damage...no tears, cuts or writing anywhere in the paper. The paper is separated at the spine, which was done to facilitate the process of putting the newspaper on microfilm. This isn't recognized as damage; it is a clean cut down the spine. I have included photos of the newspaper, but if additional pictures are needed, feel free to let me know. Payment can be made by PayPal with payment expected to be made within 10 days of the ending of the auction. Once payment has been received, the item will be shipped, usually the next business day, but it will be within 3 business days. I ship my newspapers flat to prevent any damage which may occur when shipped rolled or folded, no exceptions.Combined shipping will be available whenever possible, as long as the auctions end within 7 days of each other.
