Sold Out: If sold out, we will refund the buyers payment for the item(s) in full. Back-Orders: If an item(s) goes on back-order, we will notify the buyer and offer the option of waiting for the item(s) to become available again or receive a full refund for the item(s). METHODS OF PAYMENT WE ACCEPT (IN U.S. FUNDS ONLY): PayPal If we receive a money order, cashiers check or personal check we will not return it. Buyer will need to send us a self-addressed, stamped, envelope for its return. Buyer has 7 days in which to complete checkout. If payment hasn't been received within 7 days of the close of auction, we will file a non-paying bidder notice with ebay. This will give the buyer an additional 7 days in which to get payment to us; however, if we don't receive payment at the end of those 7 days then we will file for a final credit with ebay . Plus the auction item will no longer be available to that buyer. Fees STATE TAXES: T is sales tax for shipments within California and this rate will be included automatically on all invoices. Sales tax rate is for Santa Clara County. Some of our suppliers in other states charge sales tax and that information will be posted in the items description box in our listing. Please note that we will need to adjust the ebay invoice to include the sales tax for any state other than California. HANDLING FEES: The handling fee covers the expenses of that listing.
