I LOVE THIS CLOCK, BUT IT IS TIME FOR SOME THINGS TO GO AWAY~~~~It is made by the Cuckoo Clock manufacturing company in West Germany. It still has the original tag and a key. It is in very good condition. It stands 13 inches high to the top of the metal piece, is 8 inches long from foot to foot, and is 6 inches deep from foot to foot. It has the most beautiful chimes I have ever heard on a clock this size, and keeps perfect time. It would make a wonderful addition to any home. If you have never had a clock with the Westminster chimes, you don't know what you are missing. It chimes on the quarter hour, the half hour, the three quarter hour, and the hour.
