VERY GOOD CONDITION* *ONE PIECE OF TRACK HAS A SMALL NOTCH OPENING DRILLED IN EDGE. SEE PICTURE DOES NOT EFFECT TRACK (COSMETIC) ALL OTHER PIECES ARE IN EXCELLENT CONDITION Purchased new less than 5 years ago!! Very Little Use!! I'm taking down my train table to make room in the basement. I love my trains, but they got to go and I have nowhere to store them. These track pieces have been in my dry basement at 75 degrees with no direct sunlight for the past 5 years. No dealers with low-ball offers please!! PayPal Only Returns will be not accepted. This item is being sold AS-IS. I packed it myself and it appears to be in excellent condition. I have to make room and I don't have the time to deal with returns.
