This is the tender for the classic 1689E Commodore Vanderbilt locomotive. It features tinplate construction, tinplate trucks with journals, a late box coupler, and metal wheels and axles. This tender has nicks and scratches on the sides. There are a few rust specks as well. The nameplate is scratched. The wheels and trucks show signs of wear. Overall condition is Very Good.
