6" metal whistle tender, is original gunmetal finish with nickel trim, latch coupler, black journals, looks original/complete, made 1939-40. I believe latch and black journals make it for uncataloged sets. Finish has some wear, mainly edges and frame, needs light cleaning. Whistle worked on bench, needs wire re-attached, as is, no operation warranty. Tabs bent for service, still all there and near-straight, so easy for you to re-open.
