Gantry Cranes are one of Lionelæs greatest accessories. You can rotate the cab right or left, raise and lower the hook, and turn the electromagnet on and off all by remote control. When you turn on the electromagnet you can pick up small steel items and load and unload them, like from your scrap yard and into waiting gondolas. When the electromagnet is on t is also a red light in the cab that illuminates as well. It measures approximately 10 inches tall. This crane has a couple minor nicks and scratches on the cab, and t are a few rust spots on the metal tower and ladder. The string has been replaced and the magnet contacts have been repaired. The lettering on the cab looks good. This item has been serviced and inspected by our authorized Lionel service station, and is in great operating condition. Please see picture for service details.
