Just Please view all the pictures and read the detailed description below before bidding. Nice Lionel 1865 Western & Atlantic General Passenger Car. This item was made from 1959 - 1962. Back from the Good Old Days when Lionel was made in the USA! This attractive Passenger Car features Metal Couplers, Metal wheels and axles, and has nice detailing. This Passenger Car is in Very Good condition and has an overall nice appearance. It has several minor playwear marks throughout and the railing has been glued on one end; a very good job using JB Weld, so it is on there well and it is a barely noticeable repair (see the close up picture). These flaws are very minor and do not detract from the otherwise Nice appearance of this car. It is very clean, all original, and looks great. The wheels, axles, and underbody rails are very clean. All 8 wheels spin freely having just been oiled. It is ready to run on your layout, and will look nice on your display shelf. As with all of my auctions, I have included several pictures so that you can best determine it’s condition. You’ll know what you are bidding on and won’t be disappointed!
