Payment Lionel 1877 General Flatcar/Original Horses C-8/P-8 OB
Album

Made between 1959-1962 this one is in Like New condition and is all original with six original horses, all with the original appropriate markings and with the correct maroon original molded fence sections. Also included is a great original box graded a P-8.

It has the following features:

Molded brown plastic frame Arch-bar trucks Frame rails have "1877" on the left "BUILT BY LIONEL" on the right in yellow heat-stamped sans-serif letters Wire truss rods simulating frame support Two operating couplers Eight molded maroon fence sections (should be 10, missing two cross sections) Two long side rails with vertical slots to hold the six cross sections Load is six Plasticville horses, two white, two tan, and two black Original horses marked with "BB" logo (Bachman Bros.) on belly

The original box is close to Perfect. It is flawless with super crisp flaps and the perforated panel is completely attached and even includes the ever elusive thumb tab. I real collector quality car and box.
