Description: Item Description: Above you will find a single view picture of a Lionel 2023-34 Horn that has been rebuilt to new. When Lionel closed its factory over 40 years ago, we purchased all of the excess horn parts that we could. We acid dip the cases, clean them inside and rebuild them from the bottom up. They work perfectly - we guarantee it!

Train Repair Parts :
The majority of the items that we offer are repair parts and as such current grading standards do not apply to them. Our description will be as accurate as reasonably possible using such terms as NOS (New Old Stock), Like New, Used and the like.

Engines-Cars-Accessories :
With regard to complete engines, cars and accessories, we use a modified version of the TCA grading standard. We say "modified" as we disagree with their definition of mint and like new. Please read the grading CAREFULLY . We will only authorize returns in those instances w t is a substantial difference between the grading in the description and the actual engine, car or accessory . Payment: Paypal payments are due within 48 hours of auction end and must be in US Dollars . All other forms of payment are expected within 7 days of auction end. According to eBay, cash, personal checks; bank checks; cashiers checks and USPS MO's are no longer allowed. Some of our customers do not have a Paypal account, and some may not want to use a credit card for a purchase. We understand this and we will accommodate you! Shipping: All of our shipments are via USPS Priority Mail unless they are so light they can go 1st Class Mail, or so bulky or heavy that they must ship via UPS or FedEx Ground. We will do our best to accommodate you. Auction items paid via Paypal must be insured and must ship to the verified Paypal address ! We are an enterprise USPS shipper. Our shipments are picked up by USPS personnel or their contractors 3 times per week during the off season, and daily November 1st through the end of February. We do not charge handling fee. We charge only our actual shipping costs which include the box or padded envelope, packing, labeling, insurance, delivery confirmation (when a charge is incurred) and postage or shippers fee. We automatically combine auctions ending within 48 hours of each other.
