Lionel 2046w whistle tender. Tender works good. Nice loud whistle. Motor brushes/ armature have been cleaned. Wires look to have replaced, they look in good shape. Has the rear steps on both sides. Tender shell does have scratches. Now the bad news. Back side where the rear coupler is, there is a hairline crack. Other side where the drawbar is there is a hairline crack. Someone over tighten the screws and in doing so cracked the shell. Other than that the tender works.
