Up forauction is a grey Lionel 2263w Whistle tender. This tender came with the763e and other deluxe O gauge steam engines. It looks to have been repainted at one time. It is missing the truck frames, whistle, and journals. Wheels, drawbar, and coupler are there. Tender may need to be restored again.. Whistles are fairly easy to find and not that expensive. MEW may have the truck frames, not sure. Have not checked other parts dealers for them. No dents or dings, die cast front part of tender is in good condition. The orangeish deposits on the top of the tender come off. With a little patience and a good cleaning solution you can probably make this a nice looking tender. For those that are interested, I offer complete and partial restorations of trains. I also have a ton of parts for Lionel, American Flyer, Ives, and Dorfan.
