This is a Jersey Central 2341 by Lionel manufactured in 1956. This engine has an orange painted plastic shell on a blue body.. The spacing between the Jersey and Central is different on the sides of the engine. There are minor screw cracks at both ends of this engine but there are no scratches of chips on the shell. There is some distortion of the lines in the roof that appear to be a factory error. There is no sign that excessive heat caused this distortion. This engine would probably grade a C-6+. Engine and e-unit work fine. Hard piece to find. If you have any questions, please write. Thanks
