Made in 1956 only. Rarity of 6. Unit is very clean. Box has a battery burn hole but unit is clean. Box has some tape. Very light wheel wear. We are planning on moving to a smaller home and my collection just has to go. I am an X TCA member and have had much experience with grading and rarity. Please keep in mind that I was a collector, not a runner. Lionel engines are for the most part bullet proof. I am assuming with a good clean almost all of the items will function properly. I can't guarantee your purchase from me will. There are about 1000 listings to be created. The power units will be sold first. Next will be sets, then loose items, boxes and accessories. Many items are C7 and above. I didn't collect anything below C7 unless it was rare or came as part of a package. There are many boxed postwar items in C8 or better. I will be honest and forthwith with grading and contents. I must however point out that grading is subjective. I would not be trying to mislead you if we disagree on grading. I might just see it a little different. I must add that unless I am way off in my description there will be no returns. Insurance is not figured into shipping.
