In Stock and Ready to Ship! This is a Lionel 2426W Die-Cast Whistling Tender from 1946-50. Features include an operating whistle, metal railings, die-cast metal shell, metal trucks with journals, a prewar box coupler, metal wheels and axles. This tender is a 2426 type from the postwar era, with some prewar parts. The coupler is the wrong height to hook prewar cars behind. T is a partial hobby sticker on the frame as well. It has some scratches and nicks, and a little rust on the trucks. This item has been inspected by our Authorized Lionel Service Station and we guarantee it is completely functional and operable.
