This is a Lionel 2562 Santa Fe Regal Pass Vista Dome car from 1959-61. It features an aluminum body, an illuminated interior with passenger silhouetted windows, die-cast trucks with operating metal couplers, and metal wheels. It measures approximately 16 1/2 inches in length. T are a couple of light scratches on the body, but it is in nice shape.
