Lionel 6-68248 Rio Grande SD-40T-2 non-powered diesel. Full scale sized--17" long. Cab #5349. Like New. Very minimal run time. I've always stored this diesel in its Lionel box in a clean, dry, climate controlled environment. This diesel is clean. I examined it and found no broken or missing pieces & no other flaws. SOME FEATURES: Prototypical see through side grilles; Ornamental brass bell-located under the fireman's walkway, to the rear of the leading truck; Many separately applied detail parts; GM builder's plate on both sides; Corrogated walkways; See through, corrogated, steps. Super detailed die-cast metal trucks, fuel tank & pilots; Metal frame; Operating, metal front & rear couplers; Opening cab side windows; 4 windshield wipers; Lighted cab interior with 2 figures inside. This non-powered unit is identical in appearance (except that it's a different cab #) to the powered unit that I've also listed for sale. Original Lionel box (photo inadverently shows only the lower half, but it's all t, in L/N condition), packing materials, & operating instructions are included.
