3424 Wabash Operating Brakeman Car Set, complete with car, telltale poles, rail trip contacts and original instruction sheet with the original boxes. This set is in very good to excellent condition for its age (1956). The car body is a Type II, medium blue with a white figure on top and a blue pick-up shoe on the rear truck. The color is not faded and the lettering and numbering is complete and clear on both sides. The telltale poles are original and have all the white fingers attached. The original box for the telltale poles and rail contacts is solid and has no rips or tears and is not faded. Original instruction sheet is included and in excellent conditon with all pages intact and not faded. The original set box is very solid, no torn or damaged edges or corners. It has both end flaps and inner coupler flaps. A unique stamping of the letter "O" is on both end flaps before the word Lionel. This set is complete and has been tested and does operate to lower the man on top when acitvated. Contact me at the close of the auction for other payment options available.
