Lionel 3424 Operating Brakeman Car VG+ w/OB 1956-580 or o27 gaugeI set this up on my layout and tested car and everything works like new.This set includes Low bridge Signal set for 027 gauge.No 0 gauge grounding blades,this set works on 027 gauge only and youwould have to get 0 gauge grounding blades to operate on 0 gauge.CAUTION: Not for the Beginning Model Train Operator this is for the more Advanced Model Train Operator or Non Operating Collector. These older trains require lots of patience and know how in order to operate them in a satisfactory manner. NOTE: If you decide to operate this set you are on your own there is No Guarantee or Warranty with this set.Blue plastic Wabash car body with white lettering.White plastic movable doors.Has white pickup shoe.One wire on pickup for center rail roller was replaced works great.Has magnetic couplers both ends both working like new.Blue man may be original or repaint or repro not sure.Looks nice and works. can easily be replaced if you want to.NOTE: They have been making reproduction men for these cars for many years now and you have to be a expert to know what is original or repro. I`m not a expert on this.Car is in very nice clean like new condition everything works.Box in good condition but has some wear and tear from age.Box flap has number 3424-89 on it.No inner insert but has read more
