This is in Wonderful condition, This was part of a setup where the Guy had an amazing collection and The Family was selling contents of His House to settle the Estate, The only thing I can see wrong with this is some of the poster decals on the side of the Building could be replaced, The inside " under roof " signs are great, There is no box, This doesnt show much use , No cracks or repairs, This is very nice.
