This auction is for a Lionel item number 6-38096 Hudson. The auction is for the Locomotive only, this acution does NOT include the Tender, you get what you see in the photo's plus the original box. This model operates in either conventional mode or TMCC mode as the Tender only housed the sound system. This model originally came from Lionel set number 6-31739, the #13150 Super "O" Steam Freight set from the Post War Celibration series. Some of the features on this model include an operating smoke unit, operating headlight, traditional "Pullmor" type motor, Magne-Traction plus Traction tires and factory installed TMCC, but will also run in conventional mode. This Hudson is a very nice recreation of the 60s version 773. This model is very nicely painted and has a real nice look to it. There are NO paint flaw nor are there any broken or missing parts. This model is an all factory original that is in like new condition. This model has about two hours run time on it. This model is a one owner model that was purchased new from a dealer. The model was cared for by an adult who handled all of his models with cotton gloves to ensure that no marks were left behind. The model was lubrecated as per instructions before operation.
