This auction features a brand new Lionel 38616 PRR Mikado Jr. Steam Engine & Tender TMCC MIB with all instructions. It is brand new and with a brief test run to insure operation. It features a diecast metal body, seperate metal details, Trainmaster Command Control, equipped with Railsounds, with Crewtalk and Towercom anousements, Operating Headlight, Electronic Reverse Unit, Puffing Smoke Unit, Maintence Free Can Motor with flywheel for smooth low speed operation, and vivid Pennsylvania Railroad triple tone Paint Scheme (PRR Dark Green, grey and maroon. )The tender is simalarly decorated and features an the sound unit which is actually a digital recording of a real Mikado! This piece offers a lot of play value and a great piece to expand your young Lionel Engineers set or to replace a broken unit. These engines have an excellent reputation for being great pullers and reliability! This is the a huge step up from the starter engines and is an excellent working model of a real steam engine!
