LIONEL BLACK 400E LOCOMOTIVE AND TENDER. IT IS IN EXCELLENT MINUS. It is all original with the exception of the pony truck wheels and the 400e number boards. Runs well. this is being offered by bob morgan and ed prendeville of train collectors warehouse who have been buying and selling high end prewar trains for 40 years. both are tca members. if not satisfied returns are ok within 7 days.
