Lionel #445 Switch Tower In nice condition with nothing cracked or broken that I can see. Missing top floor character, frosted plastic window in front door and one wire connector on the bottom ( see pictures ). When I got it the string attached to the stair character was broken and I replaced it with a piece of polyester thread. It should be strong enough to last a while. When power was applied by my AF 19B transformer the man moved up and down the stairs and the light worked. Nice addition for your model railroad
