THIS IS A LIONEL ACCESORY FOR O GAUGE TRAINS OR PROBABLY HO WILL WORK ALSO. THIS IS CALLED THE "AUTOMATIC GATEMAN" AND IS LIONEL #45. WHEN THE SWITCH IS ACTIVATED THE GATEMAN COMES OUT OF THE GATE HOUSE AND THEN RETURNS. THIS HOUSE IS IN ABOUT GOOD + CONDITION HAVING MOST OF THE PAINT HERE. I DO NOT KNOW THE FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PIECE AS I HAVE NOTHING TO TEST IT ON SO SOLD AS IS!! THE CHIMNEY IS MISSING BUT ALL ELSE VISUALLY LOOKS OK. THE BASE MEASURES 7" X 5 5/8" THE OVERALL 6" HIGH BUILDING MEASURES 3 5/8" X 2 5/8" TO 4" TO PEAK OF ROOF. THE BUILDING IS ALL METAL TINPLATE I THINK. SHIPPING ON THE GATEMAN $9.75 PARCEL POST.
