LIONEL 6250 SEABOARD NW2 DIESEL SWITCHER LOT DESCRIPTION: As the title says this lot consists of a LIONEL 6250 SEABOARD NW2 DIESEL SWITCHER. Made in the 1954-55 time period it is the rubber stamped letter version and comes with magna-traction, interior lights and it is all original Post War Lionel. DESCRIPTION OF CONDITION: Switcher is in nice shape. The plastic shell has had one of the window struts repaired (see picture) but other than this the shell is fine, no other cracks, breaks or chips. The colors, lettering and decals are all bright and clear. The frame trucks and rollers in great shape. Scuffs and scratches here and there, mostly on the cab roof, switcher is used but not abused. IMHO I would rate it as in very good condition but take a good look at the pictures and you be the judge. WORKING CONDITION: I have cleaned, lubed and tested the loco and it runs and reverses perfectly and the e-unit cycles just fine.
