This vat car features plastic trucks, operating knuckle couplers, metal wheels and axles. This item has a fair number of scratches on the roof and edges of the body. It has a few spots of rust on the under frame and a few specks on the axles. It clearly shows signs of use, but it is complete. Overall condition is Very Good.
