From what I was told engine this was never out of the box, I peeked to check out the wrapping paper and it looked a factory wrap to me. I did peel back just enough too see the engine (Beautiful!). I didn't want to take it out as I was afraid that I might not get it back in the box. It is part of an Estate sale or technically part of a personal collection where the owner actually owned a train shop. He was an authorized Lionel Dealer and authorized repair shop. I spent a lot of time in his shop that he ran for 15 years. He was very reputable and he retired at 70 a few years back. I will be listing a lot of items (in the next few weeks) that he never closed out prior to closing the shop. Most are new and in the original boxes (most unopened). Most don't need much a description outside of the name and number which in the title or the pic's. PP or good old checks and MO's accepted.
